This patient presented with a bulbous nasal tip and a prominent dorsal hump, both of which contributed to the appearance of a longer nose. Her goal was a softer side profile with improved tip projection and rotation. We refined the tip, reduced the dorsal hump, and elevated the tip to create a more balanced, feminine profile while maintaining a natural appearance. She now has a softer, more harmonious look that beautifully complements her facial features.
